Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect your email only if you hand it to us, we use it to send you the workbook and a weekly letter, we don't sell it, and you can leave any time with one click.

Who we are
Loop of Freedom is run by Jani Vihervuori in Savo, Finland. The site is loopoffreedom.com. For any privacy question, or to have your data deleted, email us — the address is on the contact page.
What we collect, and why
Workbook signup: your first name, email address and site language. We use these to send you the workbook and the weekly letter. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Contact and trip enquiry forms: your name, email and whatever you write in the message, plus trip details if you send an enquiry. We use these only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
We do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.
Who processes it for us
MailerLite (Lithuania/EU) stores our email list and sends the emails.
Web3Forms delivers contact and enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes server logs, including visitor IP addresses, for security and delivery.
Google Analytics (Google) receives page-view data if — and only if — you accept analytics cookies. See the cookies section below.
YouTube videos are embedded in no-cookie mode, so YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you press play. If you do play a video, Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics, only if you agree. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people actually read. It sets cookies, so it does not load at all unless you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics code is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your IP address is anonymised. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
We use no advertising cookies, no Meta Pixel and no cross-site tracking. Embedded YouTube players are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and set no tracking cookies unless you press play.
How long we keep it
Email list: until you unsubscribe, then removed from active sending. Form messages: kept in our inbox as long as needed to handle your enquiry and normal business records. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise any other right, email us.
If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Transfers outside the EU
Our main providers are EU-based or operate under standard contractual clauses. If you play an embedded YouTube video, data may be processed by Google outside the EU under its own safeguards.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date above.
